This is the ubiquitous, versatile Robotic Platform chassis from DFRobot.
This kit makes a great base for your next intermediate-level robot. The all-aluminum parts make it easy to customize, balancing strength and flexibility with minimal wieght. It's already got plenty of mounting holes, and you can easily add more with simple power tools. The kit comes with four wheel and four geared motors, and beyond that, how you make use of it is up to you.
This kit is often called thee "Arduino 4WD Platform", but there is nothing specific to the Arduino about it, it would would equally well with any microcontroller or development board with the appropriate motor drivers. You can even use a Raspberry Pi!
